This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (“Terms”) describe how we collect, use, and protect your information, and the conditions under which you may access and use our services through the Merge My Cart mobile app and web platform (collectively, “the Service”). By accessing or using Merge My Cart, you agree to be bound by these Terms and this Privacy Policy.

We collect limited information required to operate and improve the Service, such as:

· Provide and maintain the Merge My Cart Service

Third-Party Content & Links
Merge My Cart displays publicly available product information and images from third-party retailers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legality of that third-party content, and any trademarks or imagery remain the property of their respective owners. If you follow outbound links to other websites, those sites are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
User-Generated Content & Sharing
When you save or share a cart, link, image, or note through Merge My Cart, you remain the owner of your content. However, by submitting or sharing content through the Service, you grant Merge My Cart a limited, non-exclusive licence to display, process, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the app (for example, showing a shared cart to a friend). You agree not to upload or share any content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful to others.
Account & Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at:

Upon verification, we will permanently delete your data from our active systems within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.
Service Availability, Suspension & Termination
We aim to provide continuous access to Merge My Cart but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
· Violate these Terms, or
· Misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.
We may modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
Limitation of Liability
Merge My Cart is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, and non-infringement. Merge My Cart and its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Merge My Cart, its affiliates, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia (you can change this to Queensland if you prefer). Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Updates to These Terms
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use periodically. Significant changes will be posted on this page under a separate section titled "Update - Date". Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Promotional Emails and Communications
Merge My Cart may send users emails about the app, including product updates, new features, promotions, offers, recommendations and other marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by replying to replying "Unsubscribe" to any promotional email. Once you unsubscribe, we will take reasonable steps to stop sending you promotional or marketing emails in accordance with applicable law.
Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not prevent us from sending important service-related communications where necessary, such as account, security, privacy or other essential notices relating to your use of Merge My Cart.
We do not sell your personal information or email address to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Affiliate Links and Commissions
Merge My Cart participates in affiliate marketing programs with selected brands, retailers and affiliate networks. Some links to products or retailers within Merge My Cart may be affiliate links. If you click one of these links and make a purchase from the retailer, Merge My Cart may receive a commission or other payment from that retailer or affiliate partner. This does not increase the price you pay for the product.
Affiliate relationships may apply to products that users have saved themselves, products shared by other users, and products or brands displayed or recommended through features such as the For You page. The presence of an affiliate relationship does not necessarily mean that a product or retailer is sponsored, endorsed or specifically recommended by Merge My Cart. Unless otherwise stated, users remain responsible for deciding whether a product or retailer is suitable for them.
Purchases are made directly with the relevant third-party retailer. Merge My Cart does not process the retail transaction and is not the seller of those products. The retailer's own terms, conditions, returns policies and privacy practices apply to purchases made through their website. By using Merge My Cart, you acknowledge that Merge My Cart may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made after following eligible links from the app.
